Roasted Chicken with Herbs dengan resepi bahasa melayu
Roasted Chicken menu for Hari Malaysia 16 September 2015
1 birds Whole Chicken
Olive Oil
Coarse Black Pepper
Salt
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
500 gm Baby Carrot
4 stalk celery (cut into 1 inch)
3 Gourmet Tomato
2 Holland Onion (wedges)
Lemon wedges
3 heads garlic
Herbs (Thyme ,Rosemary,Sage)
Methods :
Rub olive oil , salt and black pepper,dijon mustard inside and outside chicken.Fill in the chicken cavity with lemon, unpeeled garlic,herbs. Tie the chicken leg. Arrange the celery,carrot ,tomato and lemon also garlic on the baking tray. Drizzle olive oil .
Bake in the oven for 1hr 30 min at 200C.Slit the knife between leg .If clear juice come out the chickken is ready .
Ayam Bakar Dengan Herba
1 ekor ayam
Minyak Zaitun
Lada hitam di kisar kasarGaram
1 sudu makan mustard
500 gm Baby Carrot
4 batang seleri ,(cut into 1 inch)
3 biji tomato
2 Biji bawang kuning (wedges)
3 biji lemon di ptong wedges
3 labu bawang putih. Jangan asingkan sebiji2 kerat melintang
Herba tyhme , rosemary , sage segar - boleh beli di pasarayas
Methods :
Sapu ratakan garam dan minyak zaitun pada seluruh ayam dan bahagian ayam. Jangan potong ayam pastikan dalan bentuk seekor.
Sumbat bahagian dalam ayam dengan lemon bawang putih dan herba.
Lapikkan baby carrot dan baki bwg putih dan bawang holland dan barang2 lain.
Ikat kan kaki ayam . Bakar dalam oven selama1 jam dengan gunakan bahgian atas api sahaja sehingga garing .
Tips: bila potong bahagian celah peha ayam dan keluar air jernih mksudny ayam dah masak
