Spagetthi Agli Olio
Monday , aku buat spagethi Aglio e Olio.Saja buat since ada budak 2 orang nie nak makan. And kenduri kesyukuran kecil untuk berita yang aku dengar last week.Tapi alhamdulillah boleh cater more than 2 people.Kat bawah nie resepi.Bertungkus lumus aku bangun masak pukul 6 pagi.Nampak mcm senang tapi leceh sebenarnya nak buat.Tak pe ikhlas nak bagi orang makan.

Ingredients:
•1-2 cloves of garlic, minced, or more to taste
•1/2 a black pepper, crumbled, or more to taste (don't overdo it, and fresh hot peppers, will be fine too)
•1/3 cup good olive oil
•1 pound spaghetti
Red and green capsicum ( diced)

Preparation:
Bring 6 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti. Meanwhile, mince the garlic, crumble the black pepper, and sauté them in the oil until the garlic begins to brown. Turn off the heat (the garlic will continue to brown; you don't want it to overbrown and become bitter).
When the spaghetti are done, drain them well, transfer them to a bowl, and stir the sauce into them together with green and red capsicum and tomato.
As aku ubah this basic resepi tambah udang masa tumis bawang putih...perghh marvellous.

and this is recepi to compliment the Spagetthi.
Tomato and Onion Salad:
5 medium plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, gently seeded, and thinly sliced
1 small white skinned onion, peeled, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley (a couple of handfuls)
A generous drizzle extra-virgin olive oil, about 2 tablespoons
Coarse salt and black pepper
Crusty Bread, as an accompaniment
Toss the tomatoes and onions with the chopped parsley, oil, salt, and pepper. Let stand while you prepare dinner, about 20 minutes. Re-toss and serve salad with crusty bread for mopping up juices and oil.
