Homemade mushroom soup

Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 pkt Swiss Brown Mushroom 
2 pkt Oyster /Edogi Mushroom 
1 litre Cooking Cream
1 Holland Onion - diced
4 clove garlic
3 sprigs Fresh Thyme
2 stalk leek -diced
Olive oil
1.5 litre chicken stock
Salt and black pepper

Slice the mushroom.In a pot sauté onion ,garlic,leek,celery and mushroom with olive oil. 
Pour in the chicken stock and let it simmer. By using hand blender /blender blend the mixture until smooth.Put in the cooking cream and let it boil 2 times .The soup is ready best serve with garlic bread.
