My first attempt making the Coconut Ice Cream without the ice cream maker. Not bad !!
Here the recipe.
1 can condensed milk
2 can coconut water
1 pandan leaf
3 tbsp coconut milk
3 tbsp whipping cream
1 tsp ovallet
Mix condensed milk and coconut water with pandan leaf in pot.Cooked until mixture come to rolling boiling.Remove from heat and let it cool.
Transfer to container preferable stainless steel. Put in the freezer minimum of 4 hour.
After 4 hour bring it to room temperature and whisk with all ur heart.return back to container and freeze it overnight. #elfizarecipe
