Its a Wrap Uolls....

Salam kerinduan...

Wahh miss blogging so much . Now i have so little time with a lot of work to be done. Alhamdulillah , everything went well for now.. Our little business expanding day by day.. More customer ..Means more effort to satisfied the client. Anyway .. happy to do so. Thanks to all support ..Thank you to all customers and returning customers.

Ok , since sekarang konon nya mengamalkan hidup sihat yang on off on off. But still at least i start small before the biggest step. I'd try new recipe .. Before that lupa nak cakap. Sekarang Cik EL tapau breakfast from home. Ada satu ketika dia nak makan nasik goreng daging sahaja.. More than 1 month i guess. Slowly I introduce him to sandwich ( tapi x dpt membeli tekak CIk EL ) , Mee Goreng Daging ( Percubaan berjaya ) dan yang terbaru WRAPS or Tortila wraps.

Jom saya nak share resepi yang simple dan sihat nie.

Bahan-Bahan :


Wraps, Mixed salad (coral ,butterhead ,lettuce ),Mayonis, BBQ sauce , Worcestershire Sauce, Tomato Sauce , Cili Sauce and a bit of spice.


Ambil wraps . Wraps yang saya gune nie dr brand Mission .Ada beberapa  flavour wholegrain , garlic , plain and etc.Wraps nie boleh di beli di Carrefor , Presto , Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer ,Cold Storage and etc. Kalau suka boleh toast kan dulu di atas pan. Aturkan salad dia atas wrap bersama fillet ayam yang di grill bersama BBQ sauce dan Worcestershire sauce. Letakkan cili sos , mayonis , tomato sos. 


Gulungkan wraps macam gulung popia tue . Then sedia untuk di makan.

Saya suka letakkan Nandos Hot Peri-Peri Sauce Ini rupanya wrap bila di potong 2.

Isi protein dalam tue tak semestinya ayam , boleg guna daging , telur , sausage atau apa saja yang anda suka.
